What the hell, this isn't a federal gun crime? The skank should be looking at 20 years.
Actually a straw purchase of a firearm is a federal crime. That is how it got to the federal judge, if you can call her that. Just another social experiment that turned out horribly. Now another sister has been laid to rest, and the person who is responsible for it. Has gotten a pass and a simple smack to the hand.
Again, had this gun buying bitch been a tea party member instead of a loyal libtard, she would be in prison for life..And this retard of a judge should be watched carefully to she how she punishes any conservative that comes through her court. The impeached.
Why wait? Impeach her now.
Then send her to live in East LA with no gun or bodyguards.
I imagine even this slap on the wrist won't show up on the background check when she buys a piece for her next boyfriend.
