Well if the press hacks would have told the truth, I'm sure they would have immediately been allowed on the premises. The truth being that they were most likely back again to perform fellatio on Keith Alexander. You know, like anyone on team Gestapo er I mean Obies administration. Damn, here comes that IRS audit.
I'll stand side by side with most cops. It's all about educating them and letting them know we're on their side. Any fascist cop will deserve what they get, but most are straight shooters. This is not naïveté on my part, it is based on personal experience with them; same goes for the majority of active duty Mils.
Hell will be brought upon those who disobey the US Constitution. This I can guarantee.
Every encounter with Law Enforcement should be recorded. If the officer does his or her job the right way, they deserve praise. If they don't respect my rights, I need proof. I've run across MANY good officers. The bad ones need to be sued, prosecuted, and removed from their duty. Just like politicians.

It is legal to photograph or film anything that can be seen from public property. Period. End of sentence.
There was no suspicion of any crime having been committed, so the officer had no right to demand ID, nor to tell them to leave. This has been decided by the Supreme Court, but there are still plenty of cops who either have not undergone retraining, or just don't care what the law is, and their departments back them up. This kind of thing goes on daily across the country.

Just why does this not surprise me? However, I do have something that does bother me and did surprise me when I read about it in my Army ECHOES magazine I received in the mail today. This magazine is provided for retirees and is provided by the Army Retirement Services free of charge. On page ten of this magazine I read the following article: "Did You Know? Retired Soldiers and the Uniform Code of Military Justice." This is the article that follows:
WASHINGTON -- Have you ever heard a retired Soldier say, "They can't touch me now; I've retired."? Fortunately, for the sake of military justice, this is not true when it comes to retired Soldiers who violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) while they were on active duty or in a retired status.
Under Article 2 of the UCMJ, the Army maintains court-martial jurisdiction over retired personnel. Army Regulation 27-10, Military Justice, states "Retired members of a regular component of the Armed Forces who are entitled to pay are subject to the provisions of the UCMY...and may be tried by court-martial for violations of the UCMJ that occurred while they were on active duty of while in a retired status." Department of the Army policy, however, does limit these trials to cases where extraordinary circumstances are present. The Army normally declines to prosecute retired soldiers unless their crimes have clear ties to the military, or are clearly service discrediting. If necessary to facilitate courts-martial action, retired Soldiers may be ordered to active duty.
The regulation adds that "Retired Reserve Component Soldiers are subject to recall to active duty for the investigation of UCMJ offenses they are alleged to have committed while in a Title 10 duty status, for trial by court-martial, or for proceedings under UCMJ, Article 15." Forfeitures imposed under the UCMJ, Article 15 may even be applied against a Soldier's retired pay.

Well it sure wasn't that way when I retired! But as with all good socialist elite, when they see or smell someone else's money they immediately take possession of it whether that person or person's are aware of it, or opposed to it, or not. It's really interesting how their money is their money and your money is there money...f***ing thieves. I so hate commies! So essentially what has occurred here is an attempted end run around every retiree in the country whether they're WWII Vets, Korean War Vets, Vietnam Vets or what ever! This means that they can call you back to active duty and try you or fine you under UCMJ for making uncharitable remarks about the Commander-In-Chief if they so choose, or if he or she demands. This is so soviet era bullshit I'm actually at a loss for words...for now. If we take up arms and fight for our rights we will effectively be violating Punitive Articles of the UCMJ Article 94—Mutiny and sedition. If they pull this on Vets, this article carries the death penalty during times of war or national distress and a nearly life sentence in federal prison under normal conditions! This newest addition in adding retirees occurred in 2007...did anyone hear about that? These commies are becoming tragically clever...we're going to have to create an entirely new Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights and if we're going to survive we're going to have to become as wise as serpents and as deadly as lions. From my point of view, ladies and gentlemen, the gloves have officially come off!
That's bullshit, pure and simple. You don't need a new Constitution, just some corrective voting.
Nothing wrong with the Constitution as it stands. It just needs to be enforced.
