Republican Susana Martinez is the first Hispanic woman nominated for governor in any state by either major party. She’s running against current Lieutenant Governor Diane Denish.
Denish ran an attack ad featuring a New Mexico teacher, but unfortunately, her campaign people hadn’t done their homework and the commercial featured the wrong teacher.
Turns out Martinez knew this particular teacher very well and responded with this commercial that not only made Denish look foolish, but helped Martinez tout her tough law-and-order background.
Martinez, by the way, leads Denish 48-43 in the latest Rasmussen poll.

Republicans need more people quick-witted like this gal.
Good work Ms. Martinez.
And that is why televised campaign attack ads should be limited to the fact-checking, intelligent politicians.
Laughter is good for the soul. Unless the comedy being played out includes the destruction of the country. I laugh at these people, but we must always remember how dangerous they are.
BUSTED !!! I love to see Obamaites self-destruct.
Hmmm, could it be that Diane Denish is taking lessons from Mr. Gaffe-O-Matic himself?
I really don't think that anybody can be that stupid. But I certainly hope so. It'll be good for laughs for a long time.
