Poll: most believe business, consumers over- regulated

Poll: 74% say businesses and consumers are over-regulated.“…while voters understand regulations have increased recently, they don’t understand that the executive branch is exclusively to blame. A majority say that Congress creates regulations, when, in fact, unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats do.” Well, there’s nobody to explain that to folks; it’s not like we have a functional free press or anything.

Bonfire of the Absurdities: After 35 year career writing software for IBM mainframes, am now self-employed contractor thinking of joining a union and striking for higher wages. Cured morbid fear of heights when I learned to look at them as lengths standing on end. Uncompromising in refusal to accept browser cookies. Amateur investor who has accumulated a small fortune in the market after starting out years ago with a large one. Neil had a fast reader attempt at reading all the regulations in the law. It was interesting (Neil Cavuto) and one of the things that made the guy laugh was the regulations to properly get rid of lip balm from farms...

Fox is going to have a program talking about regulations. I would like to see that.
