Global warming has claimed another polar bear.
Well, actually, there’s no proof, not even a hint, that global warming had anything to do with Knut the polar bear’s sudden, unexpected death. But there’s no proof that global warming is killing any other polar bears, either, so let’s just get out ahead of the eco-wackos and blame Knut’s death on the C02 myth, too.
The Guardian UK details Knut’s demise:
Knut, the polar bear raised by Berlin zoo keepers after being rejected by his mother, has collapsed and died unexpectedly in his compound. According to reports, several hundred visitors to the zoo saw him fall. The three other bears that usually shared his enclosure, including his mother Tosca, were not there.
“It’s terrible,” Berlin mayor Klaus Wowereit told a Berlin newspaper. “He had a special place in all of our hearts. He was the star of Berlin Zoo.”
Bear keeper Heiner Kloes said that the cause of death of the four-year-old bear is not clear.
Not clear? The hell you say. Michael Mann beat him to death with a hockey stick.

Bears generally gravitate towards human garbage. Free food is easy, right? Ask any waste-of-space lazy non-contributing liberal/commie. Last time you saw the picture of the polar bear teetering on an ice cube...Oh no! All the polar bears are gonna die! Global warming (BS). Now, they call it climate change (still BS). Polar bear is just going to swim to a bigger piece of ice (no photo=no agenda). Preferably one with a dumpster. Make a rug out of him.
I love polar bears, & they are truely awsome creatures. They are the largest carnavores walking the planet, & live in the most extreme climate. Knut's story was a nice one, but there is more then a bit of death in it. His main caretaker died in 2008, & now he's dead. This really is sad, he was a beautiful animal. You know, I was wondering if the cub's mother did know something when she rejected him after birth. The autopsy said his brain was not right, or something to that effect. Now, all the Leftists believe in Darwin, right? Maybe this was Darwinism under display, but people are too mushy to think that.....

The Bear had a long standing condition. But the bear was pharmaceutically made to have a stroke. Its too perfect. Come on, They know Lefties can't keep more than 1 idea in their heads at any 1 time. Polar Bear stories and Liberals are like lollipops and 5 year olds, impossible to resist.

You know, nature usually rejects its own for a reason. I'm thinking, as harsh as it seems, Knut's mom knew something was wrong with him.

Their fur makes some beautiful baitfish patterns for fly angling, but it is illegal to have polar bear fur in the U.S.
On another note, isn't it curious how this kid's mother rejected it and he ends up dying at a young age anyway? It's as if Mama Bear knew it was a cub that nature needed to cull. In my view, his untimely death proves his genetics made him unworthy to be nurtured. Nature is cruel but it knows what it is doing. The big-hearted, empty-headed earth-worshipers and animal rights-ers never get this right. They keep insisting on interjecting themselves into nature issues where they don't belong and cannot make a difference.
Also, polar bear meat is delicious, but I can't decide if it tastes more like spotted owl or baby seal.
Your second paragraph reminds me of how those same "big-hearted empty-headed earth-worshipers" get all up in arms when a whale beaches itself!! Ever think maybe the whale knows what it's doing??

The bear was a Mascot for the Climate Change Movement. But once they discovered that Global Warming wasn't going to be the cash cow they had hoped, and Polar Bears weren't really going extinct, they did the next best thing...They were not going to let that Bear go to waste;)
