President Obama’s Wall Street problem

President Obama’s Wall Street problem. “The giant $2 billion trading loss at JPMorgan Chase highlights a central problem in President Barack Obama’s case for a second term: Four years after the financial crisis nearly brought the nation to its knees, very little appears to have changed.” Obama’s anti-Wall St rhetoric is basically just street theatre for the masses. The article hints at the central problem – JP Morgan Chase is run by a Democrat Obama supporter.

    • So Democrats, how’s all that “Change” working out for you?
      *****************
Very well, Poopajoe. The economy is improving, our international reputation is improving, we once again have a president who's the smartest man in the room, one useless war is over and the other is winding down, Bin Laden is no longer a threat, and we have a living reminder that the American Dream is still possible, even for someone who was born neither white nor rich.

I think you need to get some new material, because that tired old taunt ran out of gas years ago. ;>)

      • So, basically, for 12 trillion dollars...... he's killed OBL and he's smart? ELEVENTY ECONOMICS 101 .

      • Yea the economy is improving..Where? Most other countries are laughing at us, and smartest man in the room? His dog is brighter, you sound like a pre-programmed robo call for the DNC. Do you ever think on your own or do you just parrot liberal shit all day long? Olivia want a cracker?

        • Economy is improving. The real argument is whether Obama's policies enabled this, or slowed down what would've naturally been a more robust natural recovery. Romney won't be going around campaigning on how the economy is worse then what it was when Obama entered office (with 700+K jobs being lost every month).

Both Obama and Romney will be advancing divergent What-If scenarios..

          • All Romney needs to advance is 13 million out of work and $6T in new debt in four years. Voters vote with their wallet and their children's prospects in mind.

          • Well when you work in the Golden state in a county where unemployment is around 25 percent, and it was the worlds capital for foreclosures, I don't think people here see any improvement, crime is up, and people are desperate. Near as I can tell the TARP money just bypassed this place since they don't always vote democratic. We also lost a lot of car dealers, budget cuts etc. Yea the economy may improve here and there, but overall its stagnant. Government figures can be manipulated to show any result you want, unemployment is down? perhaps that because people by the thousands gave up looking for work. The stock market is up? For how long before Greece or even Kalifornia send it into the toilet. These are dangerous times, and being left leaning, you can see just how liberal politicians have done when it comes to Greece, Kalifornia, New York etc. You talk to average people, they have lost faith in government and have given up, in some places its bunker mentality, all while our fearless leader vacations and bullshits his way from one fundraiser to another. He can not honestly run on his record, no one could, so he attacks, deflects, denies, and rationalizes. None of that is gonna improve the economy, remember the old saying, you can wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up faster. We are getting the shitty hand not only from the President but from the congress..An approval rating of 11 percent? That's on a good day. I don't think Obama's policies had any improvement on the economy, in fact the debt is going to really hurt us in the short and long term.

          • I agree with you, despite some of my liberal impulses, California has just about torn itself apart with its many excesses.

          • Yesterday we got the "liberal Threat" from our Governor..If the tax increases don't pass, k-12 schools get a 5.5 billion cut, if we "pass" it however, schools get more money and everything will be wonderful. Basically the democrats in this state have taxed everything to death and now have resorted to extortion of our kids so they can spend more. Makes you wanna scream...There's a cartoon in our local paper today, wish I got get the link to work, it says "the path to starting a small business in California, and it shows a map with all the highways with arrows pointing to all the neighboring states.. it is so true, people with money and business are starting to give up on Kalifornia, soon we will be one big Mexican/Chinese restaurant with a check cashing place next door, nothing else will be left, uh except pawn shops.

  • Evidently he's going to tell the "Pew" viewers that JP Morgan Chase just highlights why we need himand all his regulations for four more years.

  • Bashing the hell out of Wall St. while accepting massive amounts of campaign donations might explain the hypocracy we see that the MSM has not.

  • Obama's Wall Street Laundromat. Open 24 hours a day laundering that big Wall Street money for the regime. But hey, just tell the brain washed dolt that vote that it is all George Bush's fault.
If the media had a shred of credibility they would say, "Ya but, how come you get all the money and not George?" Like that will ever happen.

  • He needs to have lunch with former Gov, Senator and freeman Jon Corzion. The two of them can swap stories of how they managed to lose billions and still be able to give barry those 7 figure checks.

  • You know...it is funny how suddenly History seems to be repeating itself....with far less History in between. ;-)

  • JP Morgan Chase is run by a Democrat Obama supporter, who was just redistributing the wealth, while making sure Obumma got his cut.
Next step, bailout for yet another company that should fail.
