President Pac-man. Centralized governments “solve” crises by creating new problems which eventually become crises demanding solutions – lather, rinse, repeat. The Law of Diminshing Returns says at some point an insoluable crisis is met and the system collapses into more manageable structures. “The conflictng signals of the last few months suggest that something resembling this may be happening.”
