In what could be a way of lowering expectations for next Thursday’s big economic speech, aides to President Obama are privately spreading word that he will not present his entire jobs plan in his address to a Joint Session of Congress. No way he wants to lower expectations. If anything, Obama thinks his “plan” is so supercraptasticly cool that nobody but a rocket scientist like himself will be able to absorb all the drooly-dreamy fabulousity in one night. Besides, splitting it up will give the lumpenproletariat more chances to watch the thing they love most on TV: Barry reading off his teleprompters. Oooh, sign us up for more that.

My expectations of Obama cannot get any lower honey. Let him talk his mess, it will change nothing.
I don't know what is worse, having him tell us this whole horror story in one speech, or making us wait for the bloody details.
But Mr president, you promised you would tell us a nice bedtime story and now you are going to stop in the middle of the story and we have to use our imaginations to figure out how it all ends? Surprise Surprise Surorise! We suspected all along you didn't have or know the ending to the story so why the hell did you even go there? You just keep jacking around and we know that as long as your lips are moving the story wouldn't be the truth anyway.
OMFG! Can this man be anymore irritating. I got into an argument with an old buddy who was like, hey, next week IS after his vacation and it IS in September. I was like, that is not the point. People are hurting and this asshat has to WAIT until after he uses my money to take his family on an uber vacation to unveil his savior-like plan??? Now it might not even be "the whole plan"! Sounds like he knows its going to be a pooper, and he wants to set himself up for a second take. "Oh, sorry, you thought that thing was my WHOLE plan? Nah, nah... that is coming later!"
Dribbles and drabs, sort of like his presidency is it not? barry and company have no job creation plan. They sure as hell have a jobs destroying plan. Just look at the numbers. ZERO jobs created for the month of August.
