I always said the bear wasn't dead, just wounded. And boy, is it pissed.
And the assumption that they don't STILL have spies here stealing stuff!
He also inadvertently reminded us they were too stupid to develop the technology themselves.
But we're all buddy buddy with the Soviet Union now! (sarc)
He's probably jealous considering his time in Germany as a spy was spent beating his meat.
