In keeping with the Fairest President In History’s advice to “check out the Huffington Post”, we found the following story: “Rachel Maddow Hypes Her Blog: ‘Better Than The Show’ At Times.'”
This is news? That’s like a comedian getting applause by announcing that his wife is giving birth to their sixth child.
The article continued by saying “Ms. Maddow said that she thinks of the blog as a way of capturing, sharing, and enhancing the rollicking conversation that goes on among her staff on a daily basis as they prepare for that night’s show. Rather than serving as a distraction or as a perfunctory obligation, said Ms. Maddow, the new blog has already begun to provide fodder for the TV show.”
Ahhh, but if there’s one thing the show needs even more than fodder, it’s viewers. For example, check out the ratings for Tuesday, May 4:

I don't know whether she is the pitcher or the catcher in her partnership. But I will say this, I am willing to bet she has bigger junk then Olbermann.
If Rachel wants to be taken seriously as a journalist she needs to work on wiping that smirk off of her face. That smirk says "If you don't agree with me then you must be an idiot."
As to last night's show, I have a question. What is the purpose of starting a business if it is not to make money? When did making a profit become an evil thing? My guess is that Rache has a variety of investments-does she not want those companies to profit so that she, in turn, will profit?
Tuesday night Rachel and her cohorts ignored the tidal wave that swept through the country (Senate, House, governors and state legislatures) and focused on Harry Reid's victory. They giggled and chortled and rubbed their hands in glee over his win over the evil conservatives, totally oblivious to the other races going on-mainly because that was about the only victory they could point to.
Rachel has no idea what is going on in the country. Basically I find her insulting, patronizing and clueless.
God help us if you teabaggers ever get into power. Your paranoia is beyond belief and will destroy this country. Real Americans my A**

I think I have the answer for you. I just recieved one of those "People in Walmart" emails, that type of person is a high percentage of the U.S. population. Dumber than a cockroach, obese and dressed like circus clowns, these morons are VOTING, and watching TV.
Okay, help me out here. We all want the highest standard of living related to our health and prosperity. 200 years ago a country was formed, and that young country became the greatest success story in world history. The founders established a master piece, so why exactly are we changing it for a socialistic model that are proven to fail? I have lived in 11 countries on 3 separate continents, and visited 50. I remain puzzled at why some feel big bureaucracies will make our lives better. It is the opposite. How Maddow has remained on the air is beyond me.

I agree with you but she also has establishment views which has been a complete turn off to many of the true conservative people in this country. Now that more people have woken up to the fact that neither the democrats or the republicans (except for a select few) care about us, even more people can't stand her establishment commentary. Her geo-political and economic views are so contrary to those of our founding fathers that it's no wonder she has been an epic FAIL!

The people commenting on this blog need to realize that left vs. right (democrat vs. republican) is a false paradigm. It's a distraction from the reality of the situation...the bankers and global elite are in control. It's called corporate fascism and it's killing this country. Think for yourselves. Don't let people like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Chris Matthews, or Keith Olbermann do the thinking for you.
...& what does Beck always say? "Don't take my word for it, READ ORIGIONAL SOURCES, do your own research." Beck is effectively taking over educating the nation about it's history since the public schools have decided it's not all that important.
Also, because of Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh, Levin, Wilkow, Church, & other conservative talkers, THE PEASANTS ARE READING & LEARNING THE CONSTITUTION, & that scares the "it's a living a breathing document" leftist who would love to trash it through the courts. It says what it says, & it's not too difficult to read & understand. I will add that it IS a living a breathing document if changes are needed, & IT'S BY THE ADMENDMENT PROCESSS, not the courts.
