Rachel Maddow “really literally is” a fake news fabulist. So ruled San Diego Federal Judge Cynthia Bashant while dismissing a defamation lawsuit against the MSNBC phony, saying in her opinion that “a reasonable viewer” would not take Maddow’s statements as factual.
