• This lying traitorous piece of s*** is going to represent to America? He refuses to answer a clear, simple question and speaks in circles (at best) because he doesn't even have the balls to shut the f*** up!

  • In other words, he's a politician and diplomat.

• John Quisling is one of the senate insiders, and I beleive that they all blow one another, regardless of party affiliation.

• Rand Paul has done more for the conservative/libertarian movement in the last 2 months than his father did in over, what, 20 years? of sucking on the public teat.

  • You're not going to like what I'm about to post. While I've probably posted this before, and I've read libertarian blogs saying almost the exact opposite about Rand, I would tend to agree with most of what she said because Ron Paul has opened my eyes over the years too, though I used to despise him. It also makes for an interesting discussion. (FYI, while I'm not 100% Libertarian, I am 0% Republican and about 25 to 75% Conservative. I would have a better estimation, but the Republican party has turned Conservatives and Libertarians against each other. They make us fight so they keep their power. We'd agree on much and could compromise on much if it was us against them, but it's not.)

    Anyway, here's Token. Honestly, I don't keep a scrap book of her, I'm not posting this from the bushes in front of her house, she just keeps getting better and better with every video. It's kinda like how Levin has been on fire recently, but she's not at his level yet, I say give her time though (although I think she has insight on this subject he lacks).

  • His father did open everyone's eyes to how corrupt the electoral system really is though. That counts for something.

    • Which "electoral system" exactly are you talking about? Are you still on the convention snit or have you moved on to something else and I missed it?

• I'm John Kerry and I served in Vietnam had his own words thrown right back in his face. For all his so called elite education he couldn't come up with a reason to explain that one was wrong, while the other is right.

  Once again Senator Paul is showing the other republicans how to challenge bull shit and make the dim wits defend their positions. Damn I sure hope he decides to run for President.

• Lurch has had many years to perfect his treason against the citizens of the United States. "Dear Leader" picked him for this reason, and because Hillery gets to be the fall person for Benghazi.

• There has been a lot of positive press on the right about Rand recently. There will be a ton of negative press about him a couple years from now. Make no mistake (as our dear leader likes to say) there are people and entities formulating a way to take him out. Honestly, I'm a bit conspiratorial about this at this point. If there is a new media, a right wing media, they will have his back because he will represent more (not everything) of what they believe than any other candidate we've seen so far. If it's the same old game, or they're cowards (in which case we lose) he will be thrown under the bus.

  I'm just throwing that out there, it's one of those things I'm kicking around in my head and look and watch for. I'm not saying Rand is perfect by any means, no person is, but I'm watching to see if the right wing media are setting him up to fail. I really hope they're not, but it is a possibility, anything is possible in the world we live.

  • I'm pretty confident that if the powers that be in the RNC want someone else to be the nominee, Rand will be methodically destroyed. If they decide to let things take their natural course, then the left will do it instead.

    • I agree completely. That's another reason I'm third party anymore, save a real liberty loving Republican that votes for and pushes legislation through. If once again there are one or more good candidates that the Republican base would like to see nominated, but a Mittens gets the nod and support from the RNC, will enough be enough for the Republican base then?

      Here's my take on the Declaration of Independence. "That whenever any Form of Political Party becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new Party, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

  • I have always loved a good conspiracy theory, but I have started to believe that some of the stuff we hear today is NOT a conspiracy theory, but a true conspiracy. There are too many direct hits, and not enough stray bullets in the stories that have been coming out, especially in the last 4 years.

  • I'll give him this: so far he hasn't rubbed me the wrong way. That's about all the praise I can muster for any politician.

• It was OK to bomb Libya because Obama said so.

• If Kerry doesn't get the Secretary of State job he could get one as a tap dancer. I could not figure out what the hell Kerry was trying to say so that makes him perfectly qualified for a job as a weasel diplomat.
