Real estate brokers buzz about possible office move by San Francisco-based Charles Schwab. Tesla looking elsewhere, Toyota moving to Texas and now possibly Charles Schwab moving to Texas. Pretty soon Jerry Brown is going to have to start singing all my ex’s live in Texas because he forgot to talk to Chuck. How long before the Demotards figure out that high taxes, high real estate prices and onerous regulations are driving businesses from California?

Getting closer and closer to Detroit every day, can't wail till the real money in Silicon Valley calls it quits, then it's lights out.
"How long before the Demotards figure out that high taxes, high real estate prices and onerous regulations are driving businesses from California"
Don't hold your breath. These are people whose brains simply do not allow even a brief passing thought of the possibility of being wrong.
The solution to businesses leaving CA is to impose the same onerous taxation in TX, and anywhere else it's lower. No one has the right to do well (except for the anointed, of course - you know, that higher form of life that knows what's good for everyone else).
It's just a matter of time before you hear the 14th amendment being invoked (the equal protection under the law amendment, pretty sure it's the 14th - the one that for all practical purposes repealed the 10th)
And in re: the high real estate prices -
At this time, that term is synonymous with "environmental (over)regulations". For example, in Marin County, more than half of the land area is off limits to any development. The law of supply and demand can not be repealed. So a 2 bedroom, one bath house costs close to a mil.
But the law of supply and demand will eventually have more effects. As more and more people and businesses move out, and as the state moves closer and closer to bankruptcy, demand will drop.
Maybe when enough people who paid $900,000 for a house an hour-and-a-half drive from SF or LA can't sell it for $350K, they'll figure out something is wrong. Though I wouldn't rule out that their solution may very well be getting money from DC, who as we know, gets their money from the money trees and money wells.
I'll say it again, MOVE but leave your commie voting employees in Fruitland enjoying the Utopia they so wanted. Otherwise you are wasting your time and bringing misery to currently happy Texans.
According to guv moonbeam, these are all poorly run companies anyway.
CO2, they never WILL figure it out. All they will do is continue to raise taxes every chance they get.
Another business making a smart financial decision. How long before the IRS and DOJ go after them and claim they were cheating on their taxes, or illegally hiring only educated, well qualified, personnel? They must be racist somehow, and Eric Holder will get to the bottom of it!
ELEVENTY!!
