This is not a “Vote-For” election. This is a “Vote-Against” election. This is not a “Sit-It-Out-And-Pout” election. This is a “Get-Obama-Out” election. That is what it is about and that is all it is about. Whether his eventual opponent is Romney, Newt or an empty cardboard box – the important thing is unelecting the unrelentingly lousy Obama and his clown car administration.

I like how recently the MSM was talking about the houses the Republican nominees were living in and how much money they make.
I don't remember that being a highlight during the 2008 Presidential race with the Democratic nominees but what do I know.
It interferes with their message that only the GOP have members who are wealthy and connected to "big business." The Democrats do as well, but the MSM doesn't want the populace to figure that out.

Hey everybody, I long for a perfect conservative candidate too but I will settle for whoever gets the nomination. The republic will probably not survive another topping of socialism with communist sprinkles for four more years. I will crawl over hot lava to vote the 'Manchurian' Muslim from Mombasa out! The world is an increasingly scary place and removing this cabal of thieves and traitors at the helm is a must-do no-brainer.
Nobody would disagree, Big Al, but putting in place more of the same just because it wears the RNC moniker gets rid of nothing. This administration needs not only to be disposed of, so do all the policies they put in place, that takes a strong conservative leader and Romney is not it, we will be maintaining the status quo. You can't tell me GW wasn't an extension of the Clinton years, eight years of him was sad. The RNC/DNC have become one and the same, controlled puppets. Sadly all we get is Romneys and no change. I will begrudgingly vote, once again to oust the greater evil for the lesser, then spend the next four years hoping something like the Tea Party is born again, with a strong candidate that actually believes in something besides his own pocket.
I understand what you are saying. Rush was right when he said the GOP has to be changed from within by the Tea Party. In time I hope that happens and will work toward it. The liberals, progressives and communists {viewed as one from here} must be opposed at every opportunity.
Obama is dangerous. He is alien like and opposes the Constitution. He bows to our enemies and craps on our allies. The damage he has done will take decades to repair-if it can be. We must vote against this Judas if for no other reason than to knock the smile off his face on election day.
They want you to be demoralized-don't be! We will have to fight these statist ideas until they are repudiated by all.

If true conservatives want to have a truly conservative candidate in a truly conservative party they will have to commit to the long march. You know, "the long march" like the one the left took through out political, academic, religious, and media institutions. The one they spent decades on. The long hard road to political supremacy. The one that takes work and money.

If I vote for Romney instead of Obama I'm getting: More wars, Romneycare, tax payer funded abortions (like in Massachusetts), a guy who supported cap and tax legislation (like in Massachusetts). Romney didn't know what the NDAA was when asked at a town hall meeting. Romney has no serious plan to get entitlements and spending under control. I could go on and on.
This person talks about the "long march" conservatives have to take, like liberals have done, and how we will never do it. Well the road has to start someplace at some point in time. I'll start the "long march" now to save the Constitution down the road, even if that means Obama gets reelected. If anything this person makes the point as to why we should not continue to settle. We need to focus on pushing our ideals, like the left has done, without any shame, for the sake of the future of this country, not for the sake of a moderate president with an (R) after their name.
They way I see it, people tell me my only choice is a Chicago liberal or a Massachusetts moderate (although given Romney's record, I would say Massachusetts liberal). I'll vote for my ideals because both these options do nothing but forsake the Constitution.

One of the things we constitutional conservatives need to understand is that we haven't been dealt a fair hand since the Wilson administration and the opening of the flood-gate of American style socialism! These social parasites have been poisoning this social experiment called America since the Bull Moose Party--politically and since the inception of the League of Nations--socially. Many arrogant, wealthy, well-heeled, over-educated, I'm-better-than-you-ers, and I-feel-an-obligation-to-enoble-your-lives-by-manipulating-them-for-my-benefit-ers have invaded both major political parties in this country--the more radical have gone into the Democrat Party and the less radical radicals have come into the Republican Party. When I see the collusion
between the leadership of both parties, it's not comical, it's sickening. This guy Boehner and his cronies are a huge part of the problem. The Republican Party leadership is a huge part of the problem. I can't stand the thought of voting for a socialist, piece of crap, milk-toast like Romney...I'd take my chances with Santorum or Perry...thank you very much! And BTW Rick Perry is a socialist in my book as well...I just don't think he's a traitor...yet.
When Rick Perry talks about how he would "send congress home" if they don't get anything done, I'm flabbergasted. If Obama said that I would ask him "how is the threat of sending MY Representative home Constitutional?" It's what Marx would probably believe in. So Rick Perry scares me.
