One might ask where the kids were getting that kind of money to use as bribes. I certainly never had $50-$200 fee and loose that I didn't have to explain to my parents.

Great training to be a government contractor. Although you are running a legitimate business, if you want to be considered for a government contract you better be prepared to grease those in charge. It is called "lobbying". It sounds better than "bribing" and the idiots in the world dont know it is the same thing.
