Has anyone reviewed the science that says California will never break off and fall away from the continental US? Surely they overlooked SOMETHING!

Someone got pissed about the legislators having vanity plates and only paying a few bucks, so now they are going to eliminate that....Gee when they get pulled over for speeding or drunken driving they'll have to actually behave like a normal person instead of pointing to their vanity plates like a get out of jail free card....Give you another example of the privileged legislators from the people's republic of Kalifornia, For years the CHP could not use Radar on the freeways..you know why? Remember Willie Brown, the emperor of the Kalifornia legislature for years? He like to drive 90 to 100 on the freeway and didn't wanted to be bothered with speeding tickets...These assholes are still the same....The elected elite that is smarter than anyone else...they know how to spend your money better than you do and they all just last week changed their weekly schedule so they could get their Per Diem pay for Memorial day..a Holiday of course so they wouldn't miss out screwing the taxpayers one more time...Fucktards.

Sounds a lot like Social Security - another "lock box" with a big freakin' hole in the bottom from which theiving pols can swipe money to fund their boondoggles.
They did the same thing with the Off-Road Vehicle registration many years ago. It was supposed to go to developing places for us to ride. It went into the general fund.
It seems everything goes in to the general fund out here. Gas taxes, cigarette taxes, 911 fund, etc. The libdicks have been running this state into the ground for longer than I've been here (25 yrs). I just woke up to politics in general for about the last 10 yrs or so. Alaska was always Conservitive (Republican) all my life up there, and I followed my parents lead by voting that way. I changed to Independant about 5 yrs ago 'cause I was tired of the Good 'Ol Boy RINOS and status quo from their party. Best President we had in my voting life was Ronald Regan.
