Rise in violence ‘linked to climate change’: According to the article “US scientists found that even small changes in temperature or rainfall correlated with a rise in assaults, rapes and murders, as well as group conflicts and war.” Perhaps the authors of this study can provide us with their control for this scenario. That is to say significant durations of time in which there were no changes in temperature or rainfall so as to provide the contrast necessary to corroborate their statements. Oh that’s right . . . there have never been such times.

      That's what made me sit up, am I reading that right, he'll let her off the hook if she comes clean on who's idea it was?       • I think that's his aim, to pressure her into skewering Al Sharpton. I think Pagones is waging a holy war for the poor cop who was the other individual Sharpton defamed - the poor guy committed suicide a day after Brawley was supposedly raped so Sharpton thought he was the perfect person to blame for the rape. So his family had to live with that in addition to his suicide.
