If you are a control-freak democrat and communist that idolizes State control of everything, if you adore Castro-type leaders, if only ideas and propaganda is important and not actual positive results, then sure Hilary is super qualified. She can lie and steal as good as Obama. Maybe better.
The problem I have with the argument Reiner is making is that I don't believe that putting up with a womanizing politician to forward your political career makes her or anyone else (Huma Weiner) qualified to run for President. The only thing Hillary is really good at is gaining power because she was married to a very talented politician.
