I caught this live the other day. That guy is so full of shit. "You're asking where people stand on health care, you're asking where people stand, you want to know where people stand". He says that same line like 5 times then totally dodges the question with complete and utter BULL SHIT.
It actualyl was really nice to watch the whole thing and to see just how frustrated these press guys are with Gibbs.

Shepard Smith is an ignorant little man and it's sad they still keep him on Fox because it gives legitimacy to his ignorance. Just because an action's constitutionality hasn't been decided by the Supreme Court does not make it constitutional. By Shep's standard, Obama could indefinitely suspend elections in order to become a dictator and it would be fully constitutional. After all, we've postponed elections before.
I propose we make it clear now: When Congress changes hands, we begin jailing those who promulgated this plan to usurp the Constitution. And by the way Shep, my proposal is constitutional since the Supreme Court hasn't ever ruled on it.
Gibbs' body language: "Oh please stop asking me questions!" LOL Gibbsy that is your job to answer questions, if you don't want to be in that position then go away. Did he even answer the questions?
