Romney Lures Away Obama’s Wall Street Supporters in Race for Campaign Cash

Romney has raised more than twice as much money from Wall Street as Obama, an edge gained in part by luring away at least 100 donors, mostly investors, who backed the president in 2008. “It’s going to be very hard for the president to bash the rich and create jobs at the same time.” Not to mention raising money from them.

Bonfire of the Absurdities: After 35 year career writing software for IBM mainframes, am now self-employed contractor thinking of joining a union and striking for higher wages. Cured morbid fear of heights when I learned to look at them as lengths standing on end. Uncompromising in refusal to accept browser cookies. Amateur investor who has accumulated a small fortune in the market after starting out years ago with a large one. For recreation, I run, hike, kayak and play tennis but will not consider synchronized swimming under any circumstances.

You don't think you're ALREADY subsidizing everyone else's health care? :D

The only difference is that you're subsidizing expensive, a la carte damage control, instead of cost-effective prevention and maintenance.

My boy, why do you suppose Americans pay SO MUCH per capita for health care---far more than any other country in the world----yet still have so many people who can't afford to access or use it?

      Think!
