$47 MM divided by 0 jobs = eleventy jobs created or saved with every stimulus dollar spent. See!! Proof big government works!!!

Let's not forget how much of that money gets "Administrated" before it goes back into the economy.
To put $1 billion into the economy, they must first take $1.35 billion out, and that's a conservative estimate.
I have at least a 1.9 a$$hole quota serving as president.
Remember: when you hear a stimulus failure story... that's just the money that can be accounted for! Huge lumps of millions went God-knows-where; some to fictitious zip codes.
