While Barack Obama is fixated on his golf game, the United States is undergoing a strategic roll-back in virtually every area of the world. Libya is an al Qaeda haven. Syria seems doomed to partition. Iraq is on the verge of complete and irretrievable break-up. Ukraine has been carved up by the Russians. China is resurgent in the South China Sea. Iran is seizing a march on us, creating a dominant position on the ground while continuing its development of a nuclear weapon.
The Russin gov is chickening out since February, instead it should concentrate on removing the maidan/soros regime from power, too bad Putin ain´t slightly more like Bush.

Who was the dumbass who decided to depend on Russia for our space-transport needs?
Bush decided to retire the shuttles, and was going to replace them with the Constellation program, using the Orion crew module (Basically an Apollo Capsule on steroids). Quagmire cut NASA's funding for Constellation, and reduced the funding for Orion to the point that now we have to depend on private companies like SpaceX and Branson's outfit.
But I hear NASA's Islamic Outreach program Quagmire started is going swimmingly.
So Obama's still the dumbass no matter how you look at it.

Actually the dumbass was GW Bush. But Obama (the smartest man in the room) should have rescinded it. There were good reasons for retiring it, but IMHO one should have been kept operational just in case.
My "dumbass" descriptor knows no party boundaries... It was an equal opportunity dumass.
