I'll bet the Russkis wont be f*cking around with a bunch of pussified Rules of Engagement like: Dont shoot unless they shoot first......and second, but before shooting back, try to retreat and disengage.
If someone is threatening you with a gun, begin to negotiate with them.
If you are being attacked by terrorists in a mosque do not fight back, just take it.
If females, or even men dressed like females attack you, do not resist. Under no circumstances may you harm anyone appearing to be a female.
Under no circumstances can there be any collateral damage to buildings and infrastructure. Even if a caused by the enemy, it is still your fault.
Expenditure of any munitions, no matter how trivial, must be fully documented with multiple copies sent up through the chain of command including all the worthless bureaucrats in the politburo.
Remember, our politicians promise all terrorists a blowjob, but they dont intend to deliver it themselves, that is your job.
Any violation of these and many other rules not yet made up will result in multiple lawsuits against Mother Russia and you personally. Prosecuting lawyers will be Russian and paid for by Russian taxpayers with the sole purpose of extorting money from you and your country and most likely resulting in lengthy prison time for you.
