Sacramento Gives Free Cars to Public Housing Residents. Free CARS. In California you don’t have to work for a living you just need to vote Democrat. Will the last taxpayer to leave the state please turn out the lights if they haven’t already gone out.
The $1.3 million used to pay for what the Sacramento Bee calls a “mini fleet,” came from the state’s California Environmental Protection Agency, which in turn got the money by blackmailing local businesses with cap-and-trade fines.

I don't understand how all this stupid shit happens in California. Don't the rational people show up at the city council meetings where this crap is decided? Or aren't there any rational people left in California? It boggles the mind how stupid some of this stuff is. If you brought up this idea in West Michigan they wouldn't even bother to say no, they would just laugh, look at you like you need a straitjacket, and then move on to something actually important.
