• The reason it costs 15 mil is the evil banks that have driven up the price of real estate in CA. Same house costs 72K where I live.....

  • No, it's because of the environmentalist groups like the sierra club. They push for legislation to limit how much land can be used for building and what can be built.They ensure that there is copious amounts of "green space" to never be developed. When you have less land to build on it becomes more expensive. Thank your government once again for the high price of housing in CA.

• It's kinda interesting that the high-profile wealthy people in this country are all Democrats. If you mouth the right platitudes and give to the approved charities (like the DNC and Obama campaign) then your "sins" of being a greedy capitalist pig are forgiven. It's like the indulgences of the medieval church - as long as you bought your supply, you could violate any commandment at your pleasure (beat your wife, steal from folks) and your church-approved indulgence purchase would bail you out of hell when you passed on. They will all fly to their money in chartered gulfstream G550's...they have all been properly advised by their capitalist, capital managers, and their capitalist trust attorneys, who have arranged for them to purchase citizenship in panama, dominica, switzerland, new zealand, etc.
