Sibelius is just the stooge. This law was constructed by an entire cabal of bad actors including Democratic members of Congress, Jarrett, Big Pharma, and the health insurance companies. It is the epitome of corporatism.
And Obama. Don't leave him out of the mix. Reports hav shown that he personally knew these policy cancellations would likely occur, and let the HHS or whomever write it into the details of the plan. He could have made a pone call and said "change that wording but I guess he went to play golf instead.
