• A new party for Congress…
  Both potties need to meet half way,

• Here is why it is total bullshit. FTA:

  Supporters of a gas tax hike point to several reasons to justify a higher federal tax. The tax hasn’t been raised in decades, so its impact has declined with inflation.

  What inflation? Obama keeps telling us that there is no inflation, and this is the reasoning behind not giving the military a decent pay raise.

  • Hamburger and chicken at record level prices = no inflation.

    The two things people NEED are food and energy. Both left out of CPI.

• I think at this point, it's safe to say the Republican Party is dead and buried. Now we have Democrats(former R's) and Communists. Either way we are f***ed bigtime. There's only one answer. Think Thomas Jefferson's "tree of liberty" quote!

  • I'm getting older, and my pain level is getting worse. I have nothing to lose. It makes me and many others like me very dangerous.

• I know y'all are tired of hearing it, but the behavior or Republicans since the election has me off the fence about a third party. I'm willing to put in the twenty or so years it takes for a national Constitution Party or Tea Party to get off the ground and rise to power. It's really our only hope.

    • Yeah, I know there's small third parties. I'm talking a new national party started by major players with nationwide name recognition. If Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, and Rush Limbaugh put their reputations behind a third party, we'd be off and running no matter what the party's name was.
