Of course an Obummer pick deserves a fair hearing, it is in our Constitution. The Senate can look at the name, debate for a minute or so, then laugh that persons ass off the Senate floor. Senators have to consider the nominations, they don't have to approve of a single one.
Kirk is making the same noise you hear when you step in dog poo, as in Squish.......
But, the dog poop smells much better.
