Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) detained by TSA in Nashville, TSA denies. Sen. Rand Paul’s chief of staff said the Senator “was detained by the TSA after their scanner had an ‘anomaly’ on the first scan.” The TSA says Sen. Rand Paul “was not detained at any point” but “triggered an alarm during routine airport screening and refused to complete the screening process in order to resolve the issue.” Well, OK then.

He is making a good point that the machine is being used to FORCE people to be RANDOMLY patted down and/or searched. The machine is doing the randomization for the TSA because perhaps they are getting complaints that their randomness is not really that random.
It could be that he was targeted, but more than likely the machine is indeed being use to randomized searches which is stupid to me. The machine should be used to detect metal not to be used to randomly select who to frisk.
At some point only the very rich (and many politicians who may or may not be rich but have deep pocket friends) will have the ability to not have to go through these intrusion on privacy and that will further great the gulf that the liberals want to inflame on this class warfare crap. I am not a conspiracy nut but I got to say that this could very well be a tactic to do just that... to get the rich and the haves to stop using public transportation (so to speak) and get their own gulfstreams and so on, and then point to them as having too much and people without private planes should hate. Shoo if I had money I would get my own private plane and take as many people with me as possible. They need to do something about this and this can only change once Obamie is out of office.
Paul stated that they essentiallyneed to do it the way the Jews have been doing it for who knows how long and quite successfully I may add. Then what is going on? Why not do it?
A couple of months ago I went to meet someone at the airport, got a pass to the boarding gate and was not only scanned and wanded, but patted down as well. And I wan't even flying!

I wasn't supposed to. They finally gave me a boarding pass so I could meet my "elderly" friend (same age as me and in much m\better condition.) That's why I diidn't make much of a stink about it. I figured they were already bending the rules to let me go to the boarding gate, and would simply refuse to let me if I said anything.
Rose, it is permissible for one person to meet a minor or elderly person needing assistance at the gate. We had that experience when my niece came to visit a couple of years ago. But they would only allow one of us to go, so I let my wife do it. I would have sent up all kind of red flags because I have a beard, ponytail, and was wearing a Harley Davidson T-Shirt and US Military hat! This was just after they said that former military were high on the terrorist watch list.

Sen Paul issued a statement saying there is nothing wrong with his knee. He has had no surgery, it was the machine.
It's time more people stood up and are heard. Senator Paul has the guts to call the TSA out. That is what pissed them off.
Soon if you attempt to move about the country and are not of Arabic decent, you will be hearing "Your papers please" just to drive down to the store and back.
One of the best ways to control people is to limit their movement and the TSA is well on its way to doing barry’s bidding for him.

The scanner couldn't handle someone 100% normal.

Another article states that the "anomaly" was of the knee. Does anyone know if he has had a knee replacement? Or maybe some screws to fix a previous break in his leg? It would not surprise me if that is what it turns out to be.
He was stopped because of something in the knee, but he has had no injuries, and no metal in the knee. He requested going through the scanner a 2nd time, but they refused, and detained him because he refused a pat down. They all know he has been hassling TSA. I think it was revenge, pure and simple. OH, aand preventing him making it back for a Senate vote.
The anomaly located around his knee? Giant balls.
