Monkey-bitin’ snakes? That’s not quite how we remember it in the theater.
Apparently, the new theory in Hollywood is that G-rated versions don’t even have to make sense. “Let’s just combine random words and use them in place of the original obscene phrases.”
Do they think we’re monkey-bitin’ stupid?

Did any of you ever see an episode of "South Park" - had something to do with cartoon wars, perhaps.. well, anyway, they get into the secret bunker where TV plots are written.. and they find out that the screen play authors use manatees pushing balls (words painted on the balls) around and that is how such things are written? It is pure chance when a sentence means anything!
Monkey-biting? huh?
LOL - my honey introduced me to South Park!
And seriously - do any of you believe that Hollywood actually cares what they do or say.. they have no respect for their audiences, if they did they would try to reflect back to us our own culture, desires, fears, struggles, thoughts and emotions. They live in their own tiny bubble, a world apart from us. They preach to us as self-righteously as any Roman Catholic Priest on a pulpit, they use story telling as a brain-washing tool or they try to shock us... I respect my cat Pocus more than they respect us.. why would they bother to tell us great stories, inspiring dialog, moving moments of detailed conflict when they think we are all red-necks holding on to 'god, religion and guns' They see us as a bunch of fools if we don't hold with their views.- they don't know us. We are stereotypes to them; The bad Christian, the violent husband, insightful & wise liberal, the subservient wife, the brilliant, wise child, the ignorant conservative, etc., etc. Look closely - the manatees are swimming.
Hollywood produces at most 2-3 pieces of real, pure quality entertainment most years. Every so often they forget to preach and just entertain us, done for the shear fun of it!
I read books & the net. I write stories and give them to my friends. I knit, crochet, do crafts, sew.
Create my own entertainment.
