Sneaky Muslim Postage Stamp. We wonder how many people buy Christmas stamps at the post office and get one of these? Looks like a Christmas tree right? It’s not. It marks the two most important festivals—or eids—in the Islamic calendar: Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. My wife almost bought some of these yesterday until that was pointed out by the Christian post office clerk.

I wouldn't mind getting one, it'll be perfect for starting a fire in the fireplace on Christmas Day
I'd rather use the person whose idea this was.

I'm offended. Who do I sue?
Obama.
If I remember correctly, this isn't the first time I've seen these stamps.
They must reprint them every year, or they're still trying to get anyone to buy them from the first printing.
The Post Office have better not try to sell me any of these stamps, I'll tell them to take it back and then proceed to buy 47 cents worth of 1 cent stamps just to piss them off.
Living in a small town has it's advantages. Our post master wouldn't even pull these kinds of stamps out of the drawer, she knows what kind of hell she would get.
I think your PM needs to display these damned things. I'm sure she could post a flyer right beside it directing EVERYONE how to complain to the USPS. Kind of swamp their system with discontent! Do this in December for max 'piss off the American' effect. ;)
Good idea! I'll tell her about it the next time I go in to pick up my mail!
Where it say's USA FOREVER, it looks as if FOREVER has a line through it or is this a misprint?
It is lined through to prevent people from counterfeiting stamps by printing them directly from website. I could clean one up using Photoshop and start my own stamp counterfei.... oops, never mind. ;)
There seems to be a mis-print on the stamp...It is I.E.D....not E.I.D. And if the post office tried to sell me that shit, I would ask for something else...
Thinking about it, I am offended by this, who do I complain to? The Muslims get offended by our holidays, and I sure as hell am not going to celebrate their silliness. How about a nice Bacon stamp Instead? And a Bacon Holiday? Bacon Day could be right in the middle of Ramalamadingdong every year...
I eat bacon, ham or sausage every day during Ramadamathingaling to celebrate with all my Muslim friends.
Let's not limit ourselves to Ramadan. Bacon, ham, sausage, refried beans cooked in bacon fat,..........
WTF?!
