Solyndra funder George Kaiser paid zero taxes for years. “In one six-year period, during which he increased his net worth enough to land him on the Forbes list of the 400 wealthiest Americans, Kaiser reported taxable income to the IRS just once, totaling $11,699, equivalent to a full-time hourly wage of $5.62.” We don’t need to levy new taxes on the rich or anyone else, just getting Democrat billionaires to pay what they already owe will help a lot.

This is why raising the tax rate on the very wealthy is a scam. They only get taxed on income, not overall wealth. And after their tax lawyers get through fine combing their books for deductions and exemptions, they pay nothing. It doesn't matter of the rate is 1% or 99%, they will pay nothing. Reform the tax code to eliminate the hiding places and the current rate would be plenty.
Wow - they finally admitted that there were DEMOCRATIC millionaires. To hear them talk, All millionaires were Republicans.
