Shillery has emails scattered all over the place! If we had any Senators with any balls they would be charging her with contempt and holding her in jail until she told the investigators exactly where all her emails are at and how to retrieve them.
I really doubt this scheming witch was dumb enough to write out her bribe requests via email. All that travelling she did as SOS was so she could go and negotiate the bribes in person. The security stuff likely she did via email, but O's DOJ aren't going to press this.
