    • If he really meant what he stated about being a carrier of the truth, he should want them found too. However he is a freak, so I bet that even if he could he wouldn't bother.

      Seriously a lot of bad things are happening and it is disgusting to me that no one has paid any price.

  • Someday those emails will be found at the bottom of the Atlantic in the same box as Obama's college transcripts and original birth certificate.

  • If the emails didn't disappear when the IRS says they did in 2011 - they certainly have now. However, there is plenty of other evidence. I just hope the RINO 'leadership' doesn't use the missing emails as an excuse not to impeach His Truthfulness.

  • Nixon thought the same thing about the portion of the tapes too. Emails are not stored on a PC hard drive. They are stored on a server. Then any response is stored on a server, which is backed up to tape. If an email was sent outside of the IRS there are at least 2 servers involved and 2 tape backups involved. Most emails are on at least 4 servers. The 2 originals and 2 redundant servers, then you have the tape backups. According to the IRS there is too be hard copies of any email sent. So there are those copies as well. Don’t forget Commissioner Koskien swore in his testimony that it would take an enormous amount of staff time to gather all of her emails and it could be at least 2 years to do so. If the “hard drives” crashed when they are now claiming, then he has committed perjury and obstruction of Congress.

    Congress should not be buying this bullshit that is being spread about.

    Lerner's emails most likely layout the plan and the path to destroying the TEA Party and all opposition that quagmire faced. The left better be getting on board about this as well. If not, they can't bitch when it starts happening to them.

    If anything is stored on the PC hard drive, it will be what is called a PST file. Its a file where someone who has sent or receives a great deal of emails can store them for future references and or use. A rule of thumb is to also put those on a server for backup in a personal home folder. Damn this bunch must think that we are so damn stupid and ignorant. They might have been able to even persuade the low information voters with some of their line of bullshit, yet most of them even know that emails are on servers.

    Its time for a special prosecutor and its time for Eric Holder to be impeached, then articles of impeachment started against quagmire. The charges would be so long that the Sgt of Arms would have to take a couple of hours to read them all.

    • Apparently, the fed only saves tape backups for 6 months, so that is out.
      I'm betting that the servers were wiped clean of all outgoing and reply emails, and the recipients email servers were wiped as well.
      This is a concerted effort to circumvent the legal process and cover for King Barky.
