This is disgusting. I think that in some way it can be considered rape, because she went in there to be inseminated with her husband's well semen and instead it was some guy. He probably did do this with who knows how many women and that would make him a serial rapist-in-a-way. She did not give him consent to do what he did and it involved her sexual as well as her conceiving parts...
I do agree that they knew and close shop hoping the problem never came to light. If this kid (these kids) have congenital issues that cannot be explained the university should be sued.

Depends on the materials used. A lot of junk comes from China, but there are some good products too. Hit or miss I guess.
I am very wary of made in china footwear. I had a lot of toxic issues recently and the moment I changed footwear and avoided made in china shoes i've felt a lot better. They are cute I may have to have a cobbler do them... when I get the cash.

Given how much couples pay for that kind of service, I'm guessing the lawsuits are going to be enormous. There's a movie out right now where Vince Vaughn finds out he fathered a bunch of kids by his donation to the sperm bank, so we might have a parallel in real life here. If this twisted MFer was doing this regularly, there could be lots of kids out there with his DNA... and lots of pissed off fathers.
And since he was a part time worker at a sperm bank, the gene pool just got quite a bit dirtier.
