• I think the look on this pricks smug face sums things up. I am anxiously awaiting the look(s) when these geniuses protest themselves out of their livelihood. 💸💸💸🤣🤣🤣

• Even now the really big sponsors like Frito-Lay and InBev are trying to BS their way out of it.

• If players give themselves a liberty to act like fools, sponsors are free to choose a better venue to advertise their product, and fans are free to take their business elsewhere. Guess who just shot themselves in the foot?

  • I was thinking along similar lines. After all, it was just a few years ago the NFL were thugs who beat women and the sport itself, was dangerous for our children because it caused permanent brain damage.

    Come to think of it the latter point explains a lot.

• A lot of people have already cut the cable. The nfl can not afford this. It boils down to the consumer. When the big companies like sports clothing, and beer and chip advertising start losing money they will try to stop this nonsense. It may be too late by then. As Barney Fife would have put it, "You gotta nip in the bud"

• Hit them where they hurt. Without the benjamins, buying the bling is not as easy. Let them all find out what it is like to have to work at a job where you have to get by on less than 200K a week.

• Looks like m,ore than one sponsor is dumping the millionaire crybaby's...
