Every year the donks overestimate revenue so they can spend more. The republicans say that the revenue estimate are pie in the sky. After the revenue estimates are proven to be pie in the sky it is somehow all the republicans fault.

You need to demand juristictional taxation rules, let me explain...
1. Lets say, San Francisco decides to fund all sorts of things like massive benifits packages for city workers. They also want to provide low cost drugs to people with HIV/AIDS, & they want to help the homeless & addicts of SF. Great, they want to help. Illegals who think that being here entitles them to "free money", no problem.
2. They run out of money way faster then they thought/said it would. So they go to Sacramento & demand more state money for all of things that SF can't afford, & should'nt do, but they do it anyways. California is broke, because too many cities are doing what SF does, & the state has a giant machine it needs to maintain.
3.Then California's Congressional members go to Capital Hill & send money back home to pay for the crap they can't afford. So if you live nowhere near California, you are forced to pay for the stupid sh!t that San Francisco wants to give it's residents because it's their "right" to have them.
...if you are scoring at home, that is taxation WITHOUT representation, & it's not just San Francisco doing it, too many are doing it. It needs to be pointed out, & it needs to stop. If the people of San Francisco(or another city)want to give it away, nobody in Fargo should pay for it.
The real enemy, besides liberals and democrats, is the various State agencies tasked to fight global warming. The CARB, AQMD, CAL-EPA and many others have the green light. Meanwhile moonbeam threatens to lay off Teachers, Firemen and Policemen because of the money problems. He never threatens to lay off the regulatory agency workers or shut down their offices. Why is that???
Brown is another control freak, If you saw the latest polls his tax increase (temporary=Bullshit) is ahead and the stupid liberals in this state think it's great. What they don't realize is that these taxes affect everyone. And they will never end. We spend TEN BILLION dollars a year on health care for illegals...Get rid of that and poof, no budget crisis.
