State of Washington officially changes “penmanship” to “handwriting…” because everything must be gender neutral. It’s the tail-end of a six-year legislative effort to remove any unapproved vive la difference emotions.

Well considering the kids today aren't even learning cursive, may as well change it to handwriting. True story, a buddy needed one of these two 16ish year old girls to sign a receipt, even though it was a parents credit card, and neither of them knew how to sign their own name. They literally told him 'We don't know how to do that'. He told them to just print it and they did. And this was in an area that is upper middle class, if not stinking rich.
We must resist the PC assault on the English language. The leftists want nothing less than changing the way we think, control the language and you control the dialogue, Orwell knew it and so should we.
In the ultimate absurdity, people with names that include "man" or "son" will be pressured (or forced) into making their names gender neutral. You know, sexist names like Jefferson, Johnson, Truman, Harrison and Jackson, they gotta go.

Don't laugh. There was a joke going around in the early 90's that the Cambridge City Council was attempting to change Inman Square to - wait for it - In-person Square! Surely an urban legend but a lot of us had fun with it all the same.
I have seen todays youth's quality of pen craft and I would say a more appropriate term to call it would be tagging.
Spelling and punctuation would be nice, too.
And readability. At least they are still teaching handwriting, or penmanship or whatever. Most schools have decided that in the digital age, everything will be done on computer, so the kids don't need to learn to write.
Are they going to outlaw ninety percent of the Spanish language?
Well.... Spanish has male AND female nouns and pronouns and so on. A lot of words can be gender specific.
