To people who have no conscience, this is OK.
Election fraud should be considered treason. There should be a non-partisan board set up to investigate EVERY complaint, and any cases with merit should be prosecuted. Voting is one of the most important aspects of our society, and cheating or even "accidentally neglecting" to perform the overseeing duties should be considered a serious crime.
"Voter Participation Center"...seems to be another Soros front . . . short article, but do read it, utterly horrifying. Seems it can't be legal no matter how you slice it.
