Green buildings do plenty, they launder money that quickly gets bundled back to the DNC, after the bundelers get their cut.
And just today I read a story about the enviro-nazi's claiming Republicans are practicing environmental racism... liberals just need someone to give them a hell of a spanking and a time out...they behave worse that a five year old who ate a whole bag of snickers bars....
How can the Republicans be environmentally racist when it's the Dumbs that want everything to be lily white (as in snow covered) with their enviro-Nazi policy? They won't be happy until it's 20 degrees year round and we are burning fossil fuels 24-7 just to keep from becoming popsicles!

What do ya mean it "accomplishes nothing"? It makes certain cronies of the Obama Administration rich(er) and makes a bunch of silly people feel good about themselves. What does it matter if the mandate actually WORKS or not, huh?
