After an exaustive study of the picture, about 5 minutes worth, I have determined that the dolphins are heading south towards Mexico. And why not? There are very few fishermen there anymore, they all moved to Kalifornia, so there should be a plethora of available goodies to dine on.
It's either that or they are getting out of the area before Gov. Moonbeam decides to turn the ocean off the coast into a toll road. He is trying to tax everything else in the state, why not tax everything in the Pacific too.
Tax each dolphin just $1,000 per year and that's $100 million from this one pod alone.
$100 million clams would be enough to purchase the land for a Unicorn Sanctuary. Best thing is that it's a green renewable source of taxation...
