Supreme Court casts doubt on Obama’s immigration law claim. “Supreme Court justices took a dim view of the Obama administration’s claim that it can stop Arizona from enforcing immigration laws, telling government lawyers during oral argument Wednesday that the state appears to want to push federal officials, not conflict with them.” Damn, first it was the do-nothing congress, now it’s the stop-everything court that’s thwarting Obama’s hopenchange thingy. Why can’t we have a get-stuff-done gubbermint like North Korea, right Mr. Friedman?

Awww, what a shame. The Supreme Court wants to uphold the law. Poor Barack is going to have a tougher time getting/importing enough voters in time for November.

The obvious doesn't seem to be getting past the Supremes this time. Even Sotomayor - the ever-wiser-than-an-old-white-man herself - seems to recognize the simple wank job the white house is trying to pull and might support other than the won's desire. And what the hell with Kagan? She recuses herself from this but not from the obamatastrophicare, yet she was solicitor general for both, right?
