I think they found a way for a programmer to be able to change the count on whatever names they wanted. This was several years back I think. And the PC boards were very easy to get to so they put 'locks' on the machine. Hell, hire a lock picker and there you are. Easy pickings. I'll never trust the voting machines. because they can be COMPROMISED.
Mickey Mouse never needed an ID to vote, all 250,000 times in the last election.

Funny, Rhode Island instituted voter ID a little while ago and there's hardly a whisper about it.
Of course, RI is heavily Demonrat to begin with, so they have little to fear.
