The Supreme Court has become nothing more then a politicized joke, depending on which party can nominate justices. They legislate from the bench, rather then interpret the constitutionally of what is an obvious attempt at socialism.

These days, I have little trust in the SCOTUS. My perception is that they could look at what would appear to most reasonable people to be an open-and-shut case - say, Congress declares Islam to be the official religion of the United States - and pull some convoluted loophole out of its ass to declare the law valid, like "Islam isn't a religion, it's a tax."

I loved it when Barry said something along the lines that Obamacare means insurance companies can't 'jerk you around anymore'. As if being forced to buy their product doesn't amount to some pretty serious jerking.
Valerie told him that that was a good line.....or something like that.
Still I can't get too excited. Roberts turned me pretty cynical in June.

On another note have you seen the case that involves whether you or I have the right to resell goods that were made in other countries? Thnk about the implications of that. I'll drop the link in "Tips".
No, I haven't heard about that, but it brings up a serious problem for everyone that has a yard sale!
Can you just imagine the copyright police shutting down a kid selling his used board games and Transformers?
