The "filthy five' give him a majority for any unconstitutional act he wants.

From what I've seen and heard I'd say he already has.
If Obama is victorious, then we can all own all the firearms we want, drive whatever speed we want, take what we want and generally just ignore any law we feel is unjust...Oh wait, that is what democraps do now.....This would be just state sanctioning of it.
Yup. Why have laws? Article II still says faithfully execute the laws doesn't it?
