• Be assured I am dismayed by this news. A few months back I read an article about her style of 'diplomacy' which revealed that she had, at an official meeting with EU staff, called one of them "m-----f--ker" I wouldn't necessarily disagree with her characterization, but using the term in a diplomatic meeting not involving the declaration of war is not the sign of "smart power".
