Swedes buying private insurance to avoid government health care queues. They’re lucky they’re allowed to do that. Doctors operating outside the constraints of the government system irk our socialist masters tremendously.

How is this surprising? The English and the Canadians may not want to admit it in droves... but they are doing the same or at least those that can. This type of structure doesn't work well in large populations that is why it will be a disaster here, in smaller population it may work for a bit but once you run out of people's money you get a disaster nevertheless. That is why we cannot look to foreign attempts and see their TEMPORARY success as a way for us to imitate.
Because Socialized Medicine works so well........
It does, it works wonderfully at creating a thriving underground healthcare system.
Oh, nothing surprising there...you'll be able to get top-notch care here too...you know, after hours, bring cash or other valuables.
