Consider this the ultimate expression of trouble in Democratville. One Democrat is now bragging about how much he votes with the Republicans.
Politico has the story and we have the commercial:
One Democrat running for re-election for a conservative seat is bragging about his loyalty — to John Boehner.
“Bill Owens didn’t vote with Nancy Pelosi 93% of the time,” the narrator says, responding to an attack ad from his Republican rival in a conservative Upstate New York district. “He voted with the Republican leader 63% of the time.”
Obama? Never heard of him. Pelosi? That name sounds vaguely familiar. Reid? Reid who?
