D.C. CIRCUIT COURT DENIES WASHINGTON D.C.’S REQUEST TO RECONSIDER WIN IN NRA / CRPA SUPPORTED RIGHT TO CARRY CASE. Unlike the 9th Circuit Court of Schlemiels who frequently render retarded rulings about just about everything and especially gun laws, the D.C. Circuit Court has now ruled twice that the dipsticks in Washington, DC can’t hide behind their ‘good reason’ bullshit for issuing concealed carry permits. Hopefully this will affect this crap in California and other states who use this tactic to suppress 2nd Amendment civil rights.
