Taxes spending and deficit all up

• Damn people, you know it's the governments money, it is NOT your money...It is important to give money to other countries for climate change, to support the muslim brotherhood, to find weapons running operations for terrorists groups, to pay for baby grinders, to support the welfare people. To subsidize failing industries like solar, to pay for unicorn farms and magic bean plantations, to support expensive trips, booze and hookers for government officials. Where are your priorities people? The government swine and welfare moochers must be taken care off....(Snark off)

  • Those guys get unicorn farms? Damn! I have to build mine by hand, one at a time.

  Just imagine what the cost will be when interest rates go up. So many people are oblivious to the fact that we pay interest on the national debt and that we borrow just to service that debt, it's scary.

• The correct term for political organizations is potty, the contents are what they are full of.

• Got paid today... over $100 bucks in taxes and "deductions" *sighs*... that is like food, fuel, hair, nails... shoo a night out... hey... even donations... money out of my pocket before I even see it gone THEN I have to pay even MORE taxes everytime I buy something. I think the Revolutionaries went to war on less... I mean seriously when is enough enough?

  • We have a Republican governor and a Republican legislature here in Michigan. Michigan goes back and forth, so that's unusual. They recently decided they didn't have enough money to fix roads. Twice voters said no to higher taxes in election day referendums. Then they got it passed anyway, so now our gasoline taxes are the highest in the nation and suddenly we're paying sales taxes on Amazon purchases. Just in time for Christmas. At this point, I'm ready to never vote again because it doesn't seem to matter which party is in control.

    • You can blame Amazon for the sales taxes.
      They knuckled under to the states complaints about not getting sales taxes on all purchases, so they are opening distribution centers in every state. With that happening, they must charge sales tax, because it's no longer an interstate purchase.

    • Everyone is hungry for our money... those roads better be the best damn ass roads the state has ever seen...

    • I've said that for a LONG time...they're ALL pigs at the same trough. The only difference is, the party in power gets to be at the head of the line.
